with 106 km from Khurda Road to Daspalla and 77 km from Balangir to Jharmunda already operational. The remaining stretch between Boudh and Purunakatak is anticipated to be completed in the next few months. The project also includes several bridges and overpasses, with the Jharmunda-Boudh section alone featuring 6 major bridges, 1 ROB, 12 RUB/LHS, and 37 minor bridges. With the completion of this section, Boudh district is now connected to western Odisha via rail. The project, sanctioned in 1994-95, is a priority under Union Minister for Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw.

Boudh aur Purunakatak ke beech ka bacha hua part next few months mein complete hone wala hai. Is project mein bahut saare bridges aur overpasses bhi hai, aur sirf Jharmunda-Boudh section mein hi 6 major bridges, 1 ROB, 12 RUB/LHS aur 37 minor bridges hai. Is section ke complete hone se, Boudh district ab western Odisha se railway network se connect ho gaya hai. 1994-95 mein sanction hua yeh project, Union Minister for Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw ke closely monitored projects mein se ek hai.
