involved a conspiracy to defraud the Railways by forging cheques and depositing them into a bank account. Two private individuals, Rakesh Kumar Mishra alias Laddu Baba and Rajesh Kumar Singh, were sentenced to ten years and three years of imprisonment respectively, while the NER employees, Bharat Yadav and Anil Kumar Mandal, were sentenced to three years each. The CBI had registered a case in 2012 and filed a chargesheet in 2013. One accused, Chandra Shekhar Choudhary, was acquitted by the court.

total ₹5.8 lakh ka fine bhi lagaaya hai. Case mein Railways ko fraud karne ki conspiracy thi jismein forged cheques banaye gaye aur bank account mein deposit kiye gaye. Do private individuals, Rakesh Kumar Mishra alias Laddu Baba aur Rajesh Kumar Singh, ko respectively 10 saal aur 3 saal ki jail ki saza di gayi hai, while NER ke employees, Bharat Yadav aur Anil Kumar Mandal, ko har ek ko 3 saal ki saza di gayi hai. CBI ne 2012 mein case register kiya tha aur 2013 mein chargesheet file ki. Court ne ek accused Chandra Shekhar Choudhary ko acquittal kar diya.
