Kokcha questioned this, the staff argued and ultimately refused to issue a bill for only the veg thali, asking her to pay ₹80 instead. She took to X to highlight the overcharging and inappropriate behavior of the staff, tagging IRCTC. IRCTC responded promptly, stating that they have imposed a hefty penalty on the service provider and deboarded the staff involved. Kokcha expressed gratitude for the swift action taken by IRCTC.

aur paneer sabji ₹70. Jab Kokcha ne is baare mein question kiya, to staff ne bahas ki aur finally sirf veg thali ka bill dene se mana kar diya, aur unse ₹80 pay karne ko kaha. Unhone X pe jaake overcharging aur staff ke galat vyavhar ke baare mein bataya, aur IRCTC ko tag kiya. IRCTC ne jaldi se reply diya, aur kaha ki unhone service provider pe bahut bada penalty laga diya hai aur involved staff ko train se utar diya hai. Kokcha ne IRCTC ki jaldi action ke liye thanks kaha.
