Railways ne first aid boxes, trains pe medical teams, aur doctors ko travel discount deke isse address karne ki koshish ki hai, but ye initiatives successful nahi ho paaye kyunki unka underutilization, lack of resources, aur high costs jaise problems aaye. Supreme Court ne 2017 mein Railways ko AIIMS ke experts se committee banaane ko kaha tha, jisko aage medical care provision ko improve karne ke liye recommendations deni thi.
