12453 is up train or down train? I mean generally train number ending with odd number starts as up train, and train number ending with even number returns to its hq
Generally trains starting from NR Zone and ending in some other zone have even numbers, whether they are maintained by NR or not. Like in this case, NDLS - RNC Rajdhani which is an NR based train has even number while the return train has odd number
all odd numbers are up trains 7 even numbers are down trains.

A jharkhand rajdhani should serve a section of Uttar Pradesh,, a branch line having low mps + single line. This is same like Delhi - Lucknow Exp should go via Haridwar kyuki udhar se passengers jyada milte hain.
Agar itna hi capability hai Sonbhadra region ki toh nayi rajdhani kyu nahi maang lete puri sahab ?

I hope you are aware of Rajdhani concept . Ranchi is capital city but Sonbhadra is not, toh yeha se se kaise chalega rajdhani bhai. Just 100 km chopan chunar sector is single rest is doubled. Even doubling is proposed here too. Except that chopan agorikhas sone bridge PSR and ghat section from agorikhas to churk of 20 km combined rest route here is 100 kmph fit.

The main thing is the " speed factor " which is seriously hurting the sentiments of some people I guess . Yes , CIC needs to be upgraded for better mps. But one cannot expect a train to run at high speed all time . There may be some speed restrictions or ghat sections etc. Overall avg speed though looks good.
