The Western Railway Mumbai Central Division currently operates 69 lifts and 122 escalators across its stations, and this new monitoring system is part of the division's ongoing efforts to improve passenger facilities.

maintenance staff ko real-time alerts milte hain jab koi lift ya escalator kharab hota hai, jisse woh jaldi se problem ko solve kar sakte hain. Yeh system staff aur passengers ko bhi instant notifications deta hai mobile app ke through. Western Railway ke Chief Public Relations Officer Vineet Abhishek ne kaha ki yeh system manpower ko optimize karne ke saath-saath passengers ke liye bhi bahut faydemand hai.
