can request items, including medical care, diapers, milk, earphones, mobile chargers, etc. The service ensures prompt delivery of these items to the passengers on the train. The system involves tracking the train location, informing the next station about the passenger's request, and having the staff at the next station prepare the requested items. This initiative has earned the Ratlam Railway Division an 'Excellent' rating for passenger satisfaction. Passengers will be charged for the services provided, with a fixed fee of 200 rupees for medical services.

TTE calls jaise platforms se available hai. Passengers medical care, diapers, milk, earphones, mobile chargers, etc. jaisi cheezein request kar sakte hai. Ye service train mein passengers ko jaldi se in cheezon ko deliver karti hai. System mein train ki location track karna, next station ko passenger ke request ke baare mein inform karna, aur next station ke staff ko request ki hui cheezein prepare karne ka kaam shamil hai. Is initiative ne Ratlam Railway Division ko passengers ki satisfaction ke liye 'Excellent' rating dilaayi hai. Passengers ko provided ki gayi services ke liye charge karna hoga, medical services ke liye 200 rupees ka fixed fee hai.
